Discover Your Power
Once you realize the power within you, the mind starts to tune in to it; it looks for ways to become clear and wants to experience the solution. The first solution is to define the state you are in. Whether you are right or wrong, the feeling of discomfort continues. Examine the situation with a calm and open mind, without trying to manage thoughts at the moment.
Consider the situation again.
Images of the past will begin to appear in your mind. In fact, you know that this is the PAST. The area shown to you by your mind as you seek the solution is the PAST. It is looking for mistakes. The emotional area where we come in contact with the emotions we experience at that time is also the PAST. Your reactions with your emotions at that moment are also the PAST. Whereas you are in the NOW!
Here and now!
Look at your emotional level. How would you feel without this area of the past?
What would you be like?
Be a little more compassionate towards you, who are filled with feelings of discomfort. In the here and now, no one can do it for you. At this moment in time, if it weren’t for this story, if there wasn’t a pattern of being right, if it weren’t for the illusion of the past that had engulfed you, WHAT WOULD HAPPEN?
Now let’s try CONTRACTING.
Instead of being right, be wrong. How would you feel, being the one that is wrong?

What does this mean to you?
When you find a single area where you make a mistake between two situations, the defense area will initiate in the mind’s system.

The Coach Who Talks to Himself!
Difficulty in making decisions, dilemmas, easily withdrawing from the decisions made, and unbalanced attitudes makes one lose faith in everything. Every situation that is not left behind, that is not allowed to be left behind, affects you today as unhealthy relationships. Uncertain attitudes evolve into uncertainty, which is reflected in the gaze of the other person.
Staying away from people and situations that constantly leave you in limbo allows you to maintain your own balance at first. But then the inner discomfort kicks in because whatever is not completed, what is left unfinished, preoccupies the mind. Here is a brief section of the personal issue that a COACH CANDIDATE shared with me through his own introspection;
“Now I want to re-examine the sentences he told me.’ I thought little lies would not do any harm, but I was wrong,” she said. “I cannot think of anything, I seem to have lost my way, I am avoiding to go deep, I don’t know right from wrong” she said.
So, what was I going through when he said all this? I was drowning in my emotions in the one-man show, but I came out of the mud of this cycle in order not to experience the same depressions again. The process taught me a lot. What do I really want? I am tired of ego conflicts, I don’t want to fall into his trap again. As soon as I show him my loving face again, he makes me regret it. I decide to use my mind, not my feelings.
In fact, I don’t want to keep anything that is not consistent in my life. I regretted making him see my love as something that is taken for granted and constantly forgiving myself for things he never made up for. I do not want to keep anyone in my life who is not worthy and deserving of love. He is not the one with whom I should grow my love. I feel like I am struggling in the swamp. I am so tired of this situation. I want to build a happy home and become a mother when the time comes, and this person is not that person. That person is not him because it is not his dream. Yes, yes this was my dream, not his dream. It never was…”
Knowing the structure of the mind is one of the most powerful solution tools for us. They define positive thinking as PLACEBO and negative thinking, stress, and fear as NOSEBO. If we look at it from a scientific viewpoint, when we are at a positive point, that is, when the emotion felt is high emotions such as love, our brain releases the hormone oxytocin.
This hormone connects us to the person we love and makes your partner attractive as well. Along with it, the brain releases growth hormones. The chemistry of this state invigorates you, even your skin begins to shine. We become what we think in our minds. Creating a placebo effect isn’t just about health. This comes from our core beliefs that exist in our minds. The Peripheral Nervous System is connected to the central nervous system.
Along with its anatomical and metabolic effects, it has two domains of influence in our body. When the Parasympathetic nervous system (Active during rest, protecting the body’s energy resources) and the Sympathetic nervous system (Acts by stimulating the body during tense situations such as fear, anxiety, danger, escape) are examined; it is known that the moment the fear, stress hormones are active, the central system shuts down even the immune system.
Based on this information on the basic level of education; the effects of the images and thoughts we create in our minds are actually a powerful autopilot with which we are subconsciously integrated into life. It sabotages us, our own behavior, but we don’t notice it. From whom did we copy the beliefs and habits that we uploaded to ourselves until now…
How long will we continue to live the same life, lives we don’t like?
Making a habit of being successful is settled by the sub-belief of the repetitive statement I am successful.
