Level 2 Diploma Program is an accredited program by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and offers a comprehensive learning experience shaped around the ICF ethical standards and coaching definition. It aims to elevate coaching to a professional competency level, providing participants with specialized training from start to finish.

In this specialized training program, progressing with MCC Fatih Elibol means advancing in the Holistic Life and Business Coaching Level 2 Diploma Program (HLBCDP), prepared and developed by him, and acquiring knowledge and skills from one of the best coaches in the world.

The Holistic Life and Business Coaching Level 2 Diploma Program (HLBCDP) is designed for those who aspire to advance in the coaching profession, consisting of a total of 8 mandatory and elective modules, totaling 174 hours. This program includes both mandatory and elective courses. Participants who successfully complete the program will have accumulated the required training hours to take the exam for ACC (Accredited Coach Certified) or PCC (Professional Coach Certified) titles.

Main Points of the Program

Participants in the program gain knowledge about the professional importance of coaching, its benefits, purpose, and its status as a career field that will continue from today into the future. Throughout the program, they have the opportunity to explore the role of the coach and the coaching service process. The program explains the fundamental principles, ethical values, and qualities of performance coaching, enabling participants to reach and enhance their coaching basic competencies and skills to an expert level of professionalism.

In addition to these key points, the program provides all participants with the experience of receiving and conducting coaching sessions, encouraging them to approach the program process with a strong dedication due to the impact of this experience. Furthermore, the program is enriched with practices that allow participants to improve their skills in understanding themselves and others, listening, making action plans, and developing strategies in processes of change and transformation. It provides opportunities for them to discover their values, behaviors, habits, knowledge, skills, and potentials. All students complete the program by conducting at least 100 hours of coaching sessions.

Our Curriculum

Our training encompasses the ELB Coaching Model, Transactional Analysis Theory, and Gestalt Theory models, which are key coaching models that enable the completion of coaching service processes both institutionally and conceptually, facilitating the achievement of goals set by organizations and individuals.

 

Who Can Participate?

Our Comprehensive Life and Business Coaching Diploma Program is actively provided in Turkish and English in Turkey, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, and the United Arab Emirates.

Our diploma program is open to companies, company employees, human resources managers, all coaches and coach candidates, all leaders and managers, and anyone who wants to contribute to their personal development.

The training within the program is delivered to all participants through face-to-face sessions, webinars, online sessions, hybrid formats, on-site training, and classroom training, or combinations thereof.

 

Program Requirements

Before starting the diploma program, a pre-training contract is signed with all participants. 100% attendance is mandatory for all sessions.

Upon completion of the training, it is mandatory to have completed 30 hours of practice and 100 hours of individual coaching sessions. It is also required to submit a record of 10 days of coaching sessions to our instructor upon completion.

Additionally, according to the ICF credentialing criteria, after completing the mandatory training modules that you will learn within the program, it is necessary to receive 10 sessions of Mentor Coaching to complete your diploma program.

In the Comprehensive Life and Business Coaching Diploma Program, you will have 8 modules over a total duration of 174 hours. These are as follows:

  7. Supervisor Coaching

In the Comprehensive Life and Business Coaching Diploma Program, our philosophy is primarily to train the best coaches who adhere to the fundamental values, ethical principles, and standards of the ICF. We encourage coach candidates to increase their overall awareness. We meticulously assist them in finding direction, analyzing solutions, planning action processes, and developing strategies for all their developmental needs.

Throughout the training, all additional continuing education we provide builds on their existing knowledge, experience, skills, and expertise with the approach of embracing students’ personal development and professionalism in coaching.

Our training includes key coaching models such as the ELB Coaching Model, Transactional Analysis Theory, and Gestalt Theory, which enable the completion of coaching service processes both institutionally and conceptually, aiming to ensure accurate target setting for teams and achieving those targets.

In the ELB Coaching System Knowledge and Skills module, which is one of the mandatory courses, our priority is to ensure that all participants have a correct understanding of the coaching profession, its gains, purpose, and its continuity as a profession from the present to the future. We aim to develop a sense of belonging among participants and provide them with the basic coaching competencies and tools by making them competent in coaching knowledge and skills.

Subsequently, our aim is for participants to acquire specialized techniques and skills to coach themselves, their work lives, their environments, and their clients’ lives at a deeper level of expertise. During this period, participants gain experience with the first 30 hours of coaching sessions through various practices.

At this stage, participants internalize the ELB Coaching Model, an important and proven approach in coaching, which enables them to easily conduct a study in which not only the words heard from the client are listened to but also what is hidden behind these words and the gaps between the words.

The Coaching for Teams and Groups module, another mandatory course, aims to empower participants to set accurate goals as teams and ensure they reach those goals by using the fundamental and expert coaching knowledge and skills they possess.

In the Coaching for Management module, participants are empowered to carry out all business processes of company employees (blue-collar and white-collar) using a coaching approach and to ensure that all employees act together for the company’s vision. It facilitates the discovery of an individual’s management and leadership power and helps them make strategic and operational decisions as a leader.

At this stage, Business Coaching is introduced. The module aims to develop participants’ skills to clarify and achieve the goals they want to achieve in their business lives with the right strategy and planning, eliminating uncertainties about business and career life, even financial management, and ensuring effective time management. In Business Coaching, the coach can increase intra-corporate communication, develop the visions of employees and companies, align the entire team with a common goal, and achieve corporate goals.

In the optional Transactional Analysis Theory with Coaching Module, which includes important psychology theories, individuals are helped to become aware of their ego states and life positions, and they are supported in internalizing this awareness with a coaching perspective by assisting them in structural and functional analyses.

In the optional Gestalt with Coaching Module, which covers another psychoanalysis and psychology theorem, the aim is for all participants to internalize the concepts and for the coach to highlight their personal self-awareness and intuitiveness. The goal is for coaches to discover what Gestalt is, its basic principles, how it can be used as a way of life in holistic life and business life, and the advantages it can provide through application.

In the optional NLP with Sales Coaching Module, participants are aimed to gain special skills and techniques necessary to coach individuals and teams responsible for sales in companies. It ensures that all participants obtain results through special studies in language patterns by revealing subconscious resources, reprogramming, and integrating thinking, language, and behavior processes in the most effective way with the NLP approach.

Recognizing the need for coaching applications, Fatih Elibol, who observed those struggling in coaching applications and discovered an important need area in the coaching sector, provided the opportunity for the coaching approach to be combined with the supervision approach and accredited the optional Supervisor and Supervisory Coaching Module. The aim of this module is to bring all coaches and coach candidates to the expertise level where they can follow and evaluate the coaching service process as competent and experienced supervisors, with all the knowledge and skills necessary for professional development in coaching.

Another important objective of the Comprehensive Life and Business Coaching Diploma Program is to introduce new and different coaching models and the coaches trained with these enhanced models to each other.

In the other special optional Mentor Coaching Module of the diploma program, the goal is to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for coaches who want to receive professional competence from ICF after the PCC credential on their journey to ICF. Mentors, mentorship, mentorship responsibilities, mandatory mentoring required by ICF for credentialing, why it is necessary, what the conditions are, what mentee means, what the responsibilities of the mentees are, identification and program creation stages in the relevant relationship, and much more in detail. In many areas and details, information, skills, and specialization are targeted.
