Programın Objectives: As Future Starts Today, Let’s Start, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), our aim is to introduce participants to the fundamental practices of coaching, explain the basics of the ELB method in coaching, and offer them a new perspective to open the doors to the world of coaching. Our priority is to be there for them, support them, and empower them throughout this journey.
Designed both theoretically and practically, this training is intended for participants to evaluate the coaching approach from the ELB perspective.Our Philosophy: Our philosophy in the Future Starts Today, Let’s Start program is to primarily train the best coaches who adhere to the core values, ethical principles, and standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). We encourage coaches and coach candidates to enhance their overall awareness. We diligently assist them in all aspects of personal development, coaching them in navigation, analysis, action planning, and strategy development processes.

The acronym ELB stands for “Enriching Life Bonds,” reflecting the core principles of our coaching method. This approach is aimed at enriching and strengthening the bonds individuals have with their lives, hence its name.
With the ELB method, individuals gain the courage to gain insight into themselves, easily recognizing their needs, motivations, desires, fears, and self-created barriers. Through these effective coaching techniques, they can strengthen the bonds they have with their lives, leading to a better and happier life.

Future Starts Today, Let’s Start training program is actively provided in Turkey, the United Kingdom, EU countries, and the United Arab Emirates in both Turkish and English languages.
Our CCE program is open to companies, employees, human resources managers, coaches, coaching candidates, all leaders and managers, and anyone interested in contributing to their personal development.
The training sessions within the program are delivered to all participants in various formats, including face-to-face, webinars, online, hybrid, on-site, and classroom training, or combinations thereof.
