We are able to deliver our Holistic Life & Business Diploma Program in 7 countries around the world in two languages, Turkish and English. The Holistic Business and Life Diploma Program was accredited by the International Coach Federation ICF in 2020 and includes a 174-hour training consisting of 9 modules. Each module is designed to enable coaches to achieve a higher competence.
Coaching diploma program training is conducted as hybrid, that is, both online and in a classroom environment, together, or simultaneously and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation, ICF, to provide training in the hybrid model. Although the hybrid training system requires special information transfer skills and attention, it should be designed according to the technological infrastructure and the new norm, as in-training activities.
Coaching diploma program trainings
We have an ACTP (Accredited Coach Training Program) accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and ICF-certified 4 ACSTH (Approved Coach Specific Training Hours) program accreditations and 8 CCE (Continuing Coach Education) programs.
Our training programs used to be provided in a meeting room with a single instructor, but now they can be delivered both online and in the classroom environment with a serious groundwork and a team. In our training where we make progress around the world with simultaneous translators in English and Turkish, while I provide training according to the language of the majority of the class, instant audio translations to the participants are made possible in the classroom and online.
One of the criteria to be considered here is that; teaching online does not mean providing video training. Because the training provided in the form of videos is not considered valid in the ICF certification process in line with the ICF ethical rules and core competencies. 80% of all training programs are required to be live.
Another criterion is that if the new age hybrid training is not provided from the right place by experienced instructors, the participants will be incomplete, and this will result in an unhappy community with insufficient information.
Here, one of the significant points is to enable participants to interact with the practices both online and in the classroom at the same time. Practising is as valuable as getting training. This may also be possible by keeping your motivation high, with constant follow-up and in-training activities.
