Show the world the real you!
It’s time to open up to the world, it’s time to merge into the world, it’s time to show yourself, the time to remember yourself…
Mentor
In 10 sessions of mentoring you will get from me for your certification journey in the coaching profession, or in the training and mentor coach training you will get from me to become a mentor coach, in whichever one we meet, you should know that you will come out of your hiding place and show who you are, first to yourself, then to the world.
A somewhat humorous phrase often spoken in an argument is, “do you know who I am?” So, do you know who you really are? Do you really know who you are and who you will be in the field of coaching?
Rely on the strength of coaching to give you direction. Stop hiding yourself. Be free of the past and open yourself up to the possibilities that coaching will provide you. A permanent and powerful way is paved for you with the coaching profession. Enter this path and follow it with faith. Adopt and embrace the coaching teachings, step out of the nooks and walk that path with strong will and belief.
During the mentoring process, you will gain a professional position in your coaching profession. This position will give you first your credential and later on, it will provide you with the point you want to reach.
Think of a bucket. With hours of training, you filled this bucket with information. Are you going to keep this bucket full of gold water only for yourself? Or are you going to share this water with those who need it with a pitcher in your hand?
At this point, as your mentor, I am with you on your journey to be the kind of pitcher bearer you want to be. In this process, don’t focus on the outside, focus on our own development, and don’t expect to perfect your coaching. Start with the intention of being perfect and keep practicing.
Feeling stuck and unstable?
Instead of letting life passively drag you like a boat without a shovel, I suggest you take responsibility and create your own methods. As long as you decide and act with strength and clarity, you have the resources you need to get yourself out of any situation.
Put aside all your worries and fears. Focus on the success you want to achieve in your coaching profession and in your life; enjoy your certification journey during my mentoring. Because on this path with me, you will be active and effective, not passive. It is in your hands to conclude your efforts. However, with all my knowledge, I will ensure that your questions achieve FLOW in your coaching sessions.
As a person who learns through experiencing many things in my life, I ensure that those who receive mentoring from me achieve the success they aim for, with the power to convey what I have learned and experienced until I obtained the MCC credential in our coaching profession.
What path leads you to success? What powers give you direction? We are working on it in detail in our mentoring sessions. I am talking about a depth that goes beyond mentoring sessions, which is a classic mandatory qualification criterion, where each session takes an average of three hours. A depth beyond just listening audio recordings and ensuring others do so as well…
A phenomenon called the PYGMALION effect, which is an approach we are studying in the psychology courses I have not graduated yet but continue in my education; people do what is expected of them. They become what is expected of them; they think and develop faith according to it. The consciousness I strive for you to gain is not to see yourself and life through rose-colored glasses, but to see it through a magnifying glass, if necessary.
Are you going to prove that the saboteurs inside or outside are wrong?
Coaching changes and transforms you. In general, we have a certain life standard, routine behavior and ways of speaking, a certain way of thinking and approaching events. We rarely get out of it or we are in a position where we are forced out. In our minds, we think long and hard but we go for the same ways with the same actions.
Coaching takes you outside of what you are accustomed to, and with training, you show great courage and experience breaking points; and after that, it’s a brewing process. However, at this point you will be faced with another big routine; INERTIA!
In your mentoring process, we also notice your conditioning preventing you from progressing in coaching. You are becoming free of a mind structure that sabotages itself. The points where you have difficulties become discoveries that lead you to your true potential. With an uplifting performance, you experience breaking points, and that takes you to completion in your own competence.
This necessary dynamic flow continues, stacking up with sessions. In this way, after each mentoring session, by increasing your motivation you reach the desired consistency on the part of the ICF, which can manage your session in your coaching sessions.
In our meetings, we go through a deep thinking phase. We examine your entire personal coaching process and make mutual judgments. What are the situations where you make an effort? Together, we identify your educational shortcomings.
On the one hand, you review your budget and time plan you set aside from your current job, if any. Because in your order, which is being renewed in the physical, you will need a balance. You have to re-stabilize the issues that have destabilized you. Your personal time and budget management are very important for your progress plan in the coaching profession.
In your coaching sessions, many areas such as your fears of “what if it does not do not go as expected, as I planned”, the points you are worried about in the communication flow experienced with your coachee during the session, your pre and post-session follow-up processes are among our topics that are handled with mentoring.
It’s a process that takes an average of up to four months, depending on your performance. But, of course, as all my students and mentees know, on a journey that begins with me, I am always with you as long as you want. For some of you, it can be a process that moves slowly, sometimes your certification journey may not progress in the time period you expected it to, but it is very important that you move forward in harmony with the process.
One of the most common situations I come across is coaches who look for flaws, even when listening to a session recording that goes well, the focus in on finding mistakes. If you are constantly looking for mistakes in yourself, please do not do so in your sessions. Whatever happens, appreciate your strengths and achievements in your coaching sessions. And for what you need to improve, don’t say tomorrow, many tomorrows come and go. I am here to roll up my sleeves and start now.
Doing what you love, appreciation of qualified works and creative initiatives, increasing the payouts you receive in your profession, continuing to work for success will bring you a credential, and after a while, it will bring you a reputation. The important thing here is not to work hard, struggle, or burn yourself out, but to work and produce properly, effectively and wisely.
Do not sabotage yourself while you are being patient with the process. Whatever you have sabotaged, you will face it in your mentoring sessions. Because you cannot get out of your own shadow, you are constantly putting off sessions. What we come across here is; STAGE FRIGHT!
It’s not just about getting in front of hundreds, thousands of people. It’s that you forget to respect the process as you need to improve your hours of session experience with one-on-one coaching sessions, team coaching, or group coaching. From today to tomorrow, it is important that you also allow yourself to be free from situations that will not ensure your position as a credential holder but will only tie your hands.
By limiting yourself in this way, you cannot learn what you need to learn through experience. With what you have learned and the training you have received, you have special information with which you can help others; don’t keep it to yourself and please be visible.
Think of it as a memory of a student who, in school years, even though knows the answer to the question of the teacher in the classroom, and is confident, you do not raise your hand. Be aware of your power, the power of coaching first, and remove yourself from passivity.
I work with such care and love, because I can see your potential, what you can do. This is not you! I am here as your mentor, but the path is yours.
Communication is the key; coaching is the door.
Maybe you cannot learn before it’s time to experience it. But one special detail to be aware of is that you touch lives. When you get to a certain stage of your life, there arose a desire deep inside you to touch people’s lives. You have discovered that you have the ability to touch lives, and part of you asks what can I do, how can I do it; and coaching paves the way in that direction.
Continue your path successfully by choosing the one that serves your path, pointing forward, and identifying the mentor you want to be supported by on this path.
If you are still undecided, ask yourself a coaching question.
Are these thoughts useful to me?
What does it bring my life or what does it take away from it?
Please put aside negative thoughts for yourself. Now, you are someone who can make choices and make decisions; go down that path in your life. You have that power, you always have. Realize that life is creating new chances and new opportunities for you. Look at your past strength.
Look at what you have achieved in the past. Go back to the nearest time. What have you achieved most recently? Maybe someone else wouldn’t have been able to handle what you went through. But you have overcome them, succeeded them, turned everything bad into good. Now you progress in life as a stronger and more experienced person.
Internalize coaching!
At this point, what are the issues that will make you successful in your life after making the decision?
What is the right choice that will ensure you move forward without holding yourself off and by enjoying the world you live in?
What is the best and most effective plan for this choice in the next step?
I am here as your mentor for the plan that will present you this way and to make your planning effective. Thanks to this plan, you will be able to say, I will go towards this credential. As long as you know the stage you are at and you are going to go to, you have a real plan and goal.
Another important thing is that you know where to go and what will happen to you where you are going. But you will not get anywhere if you deceive yourself about the stage you are in the current situation. That’s why you should know the state of your coaching is right now.
Are we really clear about what the coaching profession will bring you? Could you please make a list of what the value of your profession’s qualifications will bring to you and society?
“… To gain the ability to coach yourself, awareness, confidence, and the accessibility to be there at every moment, the expansion he has created in the way he serves the whole…
Before and after with my dear MCC Mentor Coach Fatih Elibol… In my business life, the only area of my life that has changed completely, all my processes and job changes in my 14-year business career had been due to the fact that I could not make the right decision for myself.
When I overcame the things that prevented me with the inner awareness I gained in coach training, I started to move forward. I had great ideas but had mistakes in practice. At some point in our process, he asked me; if things don’t go the way I want them to, if my plans go badly, what are you going to do about your responsibilities, do you have a plan?
I couldn’t accept failure and I was struggling. I needed the right training, the right information, the best trainer, and the best mentor. He made me see that I was good enough in every direction along with what I could do with what I learned.
The first moment of surprise: You are someone who has already managed to survive, but stop being a transformer. How long will you continue to be a transformer; you are good enough to make it, do you really need partners?
The second moment of surprise for me was: can I talk to that ever-successful you inside for a while? I was shocked. It was as if I understood the knowledge I acquired in my trainings as the state of being complete and whole, at that moment, with that question. Awareness of the fact that… I’m not incomplete! From that moment I knew what to do.
I’ve seen my opportunities; I have decided, I planned and implemented it with all the possibilities. I resigned from the corporate job that I didn’t like and now have a job I love, touching people’s lives. I activated my entrepreneurial projects.
Compared to the past, I live with my family with a better life standard and earn so much more. I am moving forward with faith, according to my plan, towards a PCC credential. I got over my fear of not feeling good enough in life. I would like to thank Fatih Elibol for my journey of being the best, with the best. I am very grateful for your presence!…”
Don’t change, bring yourself into the spotlight!
Do you have any plans?
What are your goals?
What are the situations and events that we are confused about?
Do we have to accept your current living conditions?
Have we accepted the life we have conditioned ourselves?
Are you addressing enough of what you call pros or cons?
And do you ever sincerely ask yourself if you are really good enough?
Now it’s time to create your own style and space with coaching! No matter what you have been through or you are going through, remember that the thing that matters is the point you reach, and I am with you as your mentor.
