We will now expand all the achievements we have acquired in this success journey that we started with Essential Coaching skills and knowledge training in the first module.

The Certified Coach Program (Certified Coaching Skills and Knowledge) is a model that covers coaching techniques that you can apply to all areas of life. You will receive a 22-hour full-scale coaching training where you will gain competencies that will allow you to coach in corporate or individual areas, based on what we have learned in the 1. module. In our Certified coach program, we will mainly use the powerful and proven co-active coaching approach and move forward with practices.

First of all, in this approach, our main issue is not about focusing on problem-solving, performance, goals, and results, but about exploring, realizing, and making the right choices through queries. While expressing themselves and their situation within discourse, individuals proceed with overt facts, but there is much we need to learn and explore about our conscious mind, our unconscious mind, and our inner world.

We are in a great need to know who we are. This plays the most important role in the management of our lives and in our creations, and understanding what type of kitchen is it that exists inside. The word Co-active gives coaching the meaning that both coach and the advisee are in active cooperation. The coach who approaches by addressing all areas of life of the individual receiving coaching, knows that a decision made by the advisee will affect his whole life along with everyone with whom he is connected, therefore he listens with a strong intuition.

Each response from the client is the determiner for the progress of the coaching process. In our lives, we all want to change things and get to a better point. Everyone has anxieties, stress and pressures that they experience for individual reasons. Some of us experience financial pressures where they are receptive to a new business idea, some of us want to work happier in their current job or get promoted, some of us are stressed and want to live a peaceful, balanced and orderly life with less clutter.
