COACHING is like the power that opens the door of knowledge to the bee to build a house out of honey! It opens such a door of thought to the person that inspiration flows into one’s mind when he least expects it, and he wakes up with information. You decide what you want and how to do it. Maybe you are tired right now, tired of having battles inside your mind, maybe you are even weary of dreaming, and maybe you have spent many sleepless nights. Coaching opens the door to such knowledge that you will see that there exists a tremendous treasure within yourself, in your own thought. Your blurred mind suddenly becomes clear. You realize that the experiences the coaching process brings you are a blessing. The things that upset and overpower you will perhaps be the harbinger of the greatest power in you; YOUR LEADERSHIP!
Surrender yourself to the coaching process. Your efforts, endeavors, knowledge, and what you have learned will lead you to a happy ending with coaching, because the real LEADER is the one who conquers him/ herself first. The experience that gives me the power to speak like a prophet is again, COACHING. Anyone who has experienced the coaching process already knows what I mean and if they are reading this post right now, they are smiling. Because sometimes change, even if it is right and beautiful, can be scary. Defining the change and transformation, being prepared by envisioning the possible areas of the path, will tolerate this fear of change, but if you do this, the road becomes easier. When you realize the positive or negative emotions you breed inside yourself and can manage them, you will be able to make a plan.

- So, who is making the plan today? The LEADER! What is the plan? LEADERSHIP!

Extend the process over a period of time. Plan out the date. First, get your split energy together into yourself. Consider what a leader who discovers himself within himself would do. It is possible for you to move forward with clear determination. Consider who should be with you as you move forward on your current path. Think about who will support you at the point of action.
Please think carefully about who and what you will lead. If a person doesn’t really know what he/ she wants, he is always hungry for success, but he fritters away first himself, then the people around him. Coaches have many qualities such as competence to develop skills and abilities in people, enabling people to reach their own potential with strong and right questions without guiding, judging, interpreting, making people realize, find, make decisions, take action, achieve and get results, process management, deep listening ability, increasing motivation, coaching teams and groups, taking initiative and managing crisis… etc.

Coach Trainings
While companies determine all the short, medium and long-term appointments during the delegation process, they now have their employees take coach training. Today, organizations that have departments such as career planning, career development and project production in their organizations evaluate their training investments with Coach Training in their annual budget planning.
Revealing strengths, developing a common vision-mission, increasing productivity, motivation and creativity during working hours is the managerial and functional abilities of each leader. LEADERS are the most effective people in terms of compliance with rules, values, ethics, with field management, active participation in meetings, authorizing the right people in the right area of duty, and most importantly, in terms of the most significant need of an institution, corporate agility. A leader’s coaching competence creates fast and lasting success in all organizations.
Coach-like Leaders can improve planning, organization, time management with an analytical emphasis, and also progress the process with a highly motivated tone, not boring. Think about it, what would a manager who criticizes, judges, gives orders, dictates what to do and what not to do, what would he/ she make you experience?

Because these leaders; they are always curious and interested, they always give confidence and instill confidence, they tend to learn instead of teaching, they have a dominant instinct to explore, they ask strong and right questions, they always have a positive attitude and they are solution-oriented.
They are active in the way they communicate in their relationships and instantly form healthy bonds. They know where to be active and passive when speaking and listening. They use body language, verbal and nonverbal communication tools effectively. They make them feel important and valuable by easily adapting to the people around them. With the sympathy and charisma they develop, they quickly manage to develop a strong field of attraction. The trust they have managed to build at the foundation of their relationship comes from their attitude.
A leader is always with the other person, not against him. There is integrity, consistency and partnership in the perception they naturally create. Their communication style is not to talk, but to ask questions and make people think. In this way, the aim of coach-like leaders; is to focus the person on the relevant subject, to make him analyze the current situation, to increase the awareness of reasoning and to make him aware of the situation, regardless of the position they are in.
Then, it is to ENSURE that they can solve problems, set goals, plan, make decisions, take action by seeing opportunities and obstacles.
They lead people to enjoy their work, be more productive at work, and create internal and external sources of motivation.
With coach-like leadership, leaders develop their in-house commitment to the organization by enabling people to find their own goals for a common purpose. They also enable them to realize and transform their beliefs that will limit and sabotage them. They are encouraging in their ability to express oneself.
They appreciate people in all their progress. They know the way to motivate people positively towards their career development. They always support and improve self-confidence. People who see themselves as the center form a stronger positive belief towards their leader and the area being led.
Coach-like leaders have a leader model that attracts others by focusing the person on the best version of themselves, not pushing the other person away as they wish. Their energies and communication languages are balanced, explicit, direct and clear. They do not give complex messages and signals to the other person. They skillfully use tones of voice, chosen words, facial expressions and body language according to the area or person they are addressing. They are focused on finding aspects to appreciate and discovering areas where they can improve their weaknesses.
They give importance to accessibility and flexibility, not perfection in people and themselves.
Business life, like life itself, is always dynamic. It is coaching that gives the leader the power to control when faced with involuntary situations. Because they manage to evaluate the current conditions and take action by quick planning with coaching methods. Coach-like leaders are essential for all organizations for a participative and collaborative corporate culture.
